Job summary

Endava seeks a Project Manager to define objectives aligned with current ways of working, oversee quality, and manage dependencies for a mission-critical clinical data repository.

You will lead PATH workstreams, build detailed plans, and communicate scope, timelines, and dependencies with stakeholders. 3–5 years PM experience, proficiency with MS Project, JIRA/Confluence/Teams, PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in software or clinical applications.
• Proficiency with PM tools including MS Project.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Teams.
• PMP certification is a plus; high school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage project deliverables, goals, and milestones for PATH workstreams.
• Create detailed work plans identifying activities, resources, budgets, and objectives.
• Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, resource requirements, and assumptions.
• Map dependencies across workstreams to ensure alignment across clinical workflows, billing, and offline capabilities.
