Job summary

n-Lorem Foundation is seeking a proactive Associate Project Manager or Project Manager to join our Clinical Operations and Project Management team in San Diego. You will partner with Senior Director and VP to manage patient ASO programs, ensuring precise documentation, timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration to advance our mission.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strategic coordination, and timely communications with investigators and partners.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 1–2+ years of experience in Project Management in pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with clinical trial conduct and regulatory components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Team player with ownership, accountability and responsibility.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized locations for dashboards, metrics, tools and databases.
• Track progress with Clinical Development and Program Management teams; document decisions; respond to queries.
• Identify gaps to ensure patient programs run smoothly and stakeholders have access to critical information.
• Plan and manage meetings; tailor agendas; generate minutes and track actions.
• Coordinate receipt of data and materials for patient programs.
• Assist scientific teams with timeline tracking and data analyses.
• Document management and co-authoring of templates.
• Create and maintain external lists and team rosters.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions; escalate issues.
• Prepare reports and correspondence to investigators and leadership.
• Liaise between internal teams and physicians/institution partners.
• Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Perform other duties to support a growing multi-disciplinary team.
