Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, health-related, or information technology field.
• 8–10 years' experience in clinical data management.
• Proven knowledge of clinical data management process and CDMS/EDC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Extensive CRO industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDMS/EDC systems and regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects.
• Provide data management expertise to CDM teams to meet customer needs.
• Lead project planning, execution, and close-out with milestones and deliverables.
• Act as SME in CDM tasks and ensure GCP compliance.
• Manage resources, scope, risks, and budgets across projects.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders and sponsor teams.
• Coordinate training and SOP adherence within DM and CRO standards.
