ECI is seeking a Client Technology Manager/Partner to lead IT managed services for a portfolio of client accounts, guided by a dedicated technical team. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, cloud and security modernization, and strategic project delivery.

You will oversee complex migrations, site deployments, and ongoing support, with hands-on technical involvement. The position requires recent hands-on expertise in Windows, cloud platforms, Exchange Online, and secure networking,

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems and cloud platforms.
• Administration of Exchange Online and Google Workspace.
• VMware vSphere and Hyper-V administration experience.
• Networking and security appliances from Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki.
• Strong incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity skills.
• Project management for data/infrastructure migrations and site deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technology services for a portfolio of ECI clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as strategic advisor.
• Lead modernization projects: migrations, upgrades, new sites.
• Provide security recommendations to meet compliance needs.
• Assist with client budget forecasting and cost analysis.
• Lead Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers teams.
• Act as main escalation point for client issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery.
