Job summary

ECI seeks a Client Technology Manager in New York to lead IT managed services for a client portfolio. You will manage relationships with client executives, guide technical teams, and spearhead modernization projects across mail systems, cloud migrations, and new office deployments.

You will oversee risk, budgeting, and security recommendations while partnering with compliance and engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in a customer-facing tech role.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Experience leading data/infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
• Strong Windows and cloud platform administration knowledge.
• Hands-on email/security and virtualization expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology services for a portfolio of ECI clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Develop knowledge of customer goals, risks, and objectives to mitigate risk.
• Provide feedback to management on new needs and improvements.
• Assist with client budgeting and cost analysis documentation.
• Engage compliance teams to provide security recommendations.
• Enable clients with latest security and cloud service trends.
• Drive satisfaction via case evaluation and proactive engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on project implementations and upgrades.
• Hands‑on support of client configurations per standards.
• Participate in vendor due diligence and security reviews.
• Manage Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.
• Be accountable for escalations and resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
