Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (12+ years in IT infrastructure/administration)
• Experience leading IT infrastructure or systems teams
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and enterprise directory services
• Experience with virtualization, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Cisco), VPNs and firewalls
• Experience with VOIP/telephony systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and enterprise productivity systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high‑pressure environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with IT operations, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage IT coordinators and support technicians
• Oversee on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud systems
• Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Ensure high availability and performance of core systems and networks
• Drive infrastructure strategy, budgeting, upgrades, and roadmaps
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for procurement and implementation
• Develop and maintain IT operational processes, documentation, and standards
