Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent, at least four years of help desk experience with software/hardware installs, Bluetooth knowledge, and proficiency with Android and iOS

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 4 years of help desk experience with software/hardware installation.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth technology and proficiency with Android and iOS devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in health aid or retirement home settings welcomed.
• IT certifications beneficial but not required.
• Must exhibit compassion and patience when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and internal staff with company software, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Assist with connectivity devices and ensure compatibility with third-party devices.
• Handle customer calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, providing timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Manage escalations and crisis issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
