This role is integral to providing top-tier customer support within the medical device industry, specifically focusing on devices and their connectivity. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday and Friday.

Work Hours

The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule. Initially, for the first three months, the work hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with the possibility of being asked to work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Equipment will be provided by the company. This is a temporary position until the end of the year, with potential for a temporary-to-hire transition.

The salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. A pre-employment background check is required.
