Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for client inquiries via phone or email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot non-complex software/hardware issues.
• Escalate issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Log interactions in ticketing/CRM with accurate resolutions.
• Maintain client relationships and adhere to defined SLAs.
