Job summary

PMR Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients and brokers, driving value through proactive communication and strategic planning.

The role partners with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to enhance client experience, analyze utilization data, and support renewals while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships. Hybrid role with travel.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of client management, customer success, account management, or similar experience.
• Proven experience managing complex clients and high expectations.
• Comfortable communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and broker/consultant partners.
• Build strong relationships and understand each client's goals, needs, and employee population.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Reporting to resolve issues and improve client experience.
• Develop and support strategies to increase patient engagement, healthcare utilization, & savings.
• Analyze and present client performance, utilization, and population health data.
• Review key performance, risk, and satisfaction metrics and address concerns.
• Support renewals, contractual requirements, and client retention efforts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional populations, locations, products, or services.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Support client implementations, reporting, eligibility, invoicing, and incentive-related processes.
