Job summary

IntraFi LLC is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide personal, helpful customer support to banks and financial institutions. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, onboard new member banks, and develop trainings to support ongoing client success.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities
