Job summary

IntraFi is seeking a Client Services professional to deliver a personal, helpful, and simple experience to banks and financial institutions across the country. This hybrid role requires two days in the Arlington, VA office, with a first 90 days requiring three days per week on-site.

You will respond to inquiries, train new member banks, and collaborate across departments to improve technology and processes while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• AI tools experience to optimize workflows and productivity.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for learning and workload management.
• Professional and friendly phone manner to build and maintain superb customer relationships over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and alone.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking within tight deadlines; strong organizational skills; self-directed and results-oriented.
• Ability to deal with change and quickly adapt to evolving business priorities and new concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via phone and email
• Training new member banks for onboarding and operational implementation
• Developing and presenting customer trainings for ongoing support
• Working cross-departmentally to develop and prioritize technology and process improvements
• Executing ongoing and ad hoc administrative tasks and projects (e.g., document processing, data entry)
