Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary client services contact for assigned accounts, supporting retention, satisfaction and issue resolution. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to travel to client sites as needed in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, travel to client sites as needed, and help define service delivery strategies that align with contracts and cost components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment with multiple projects.
• Self-driven, eager to develop professionally and learn the tools in use.
• Demonstrates leadership and can drive process improvements.
• Acts as a change agent when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for day-to-day account support, issue resolution, and research.
• Respond to inbound emails, faxes, calls, and Salesforce cases.
• Develop and execute a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients.
• Conduct regular calls and presentations to review performance and provide training.
• Make decisions on setup and support for clients.
• Prepare and present solutions to retain relationships.
• Use customer feedback to monitor service levels and revenue growth potential.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support the customer base.
• Troubleshoot client‑raised issues to determine root cause.
