Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales.
• 2+ years in media sales, digital media account management, or programmatic campaign management and optimization.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand marketing & digital media metrics.
• Ability to forecast and report and work strategically with data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to provide best-in-class customer engagement.
• Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations and ensure client objectives are met.
• Provide recommendations and training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Support customer education including onboarding and ad hoc education needs.
• Stabilize performance and grow revenue from new advertisers via proactive optimizations and upsells.
• Leverage technology to drive performance-oriented marketing solutions.
• Advise on creative and content development to maximize performance and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer success and error-free execution.
