Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales.
• 2+ years of media sales, digital media account management or auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to provide best-in-class customer engagement.
• Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met.
• Provide recommendations and training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Leverage technology to drive performance-oriented marketing solutions.
• Advise on creative and content development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery.
• Support customer education including onboarding experience and ad hoc client education.
• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure customer success, troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error-free execution.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product teams and drive client value.
• Grow and maintain existing business through renewals, reactivations and upsells.
• Co-develop a strategic plan for your book of business with your Account Executive.
