Toppan Merrill is seeking a Client Services Specialist in Sartell, MN (hybrid on-site). You will be the primary contact for customers, processing and validating orders, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with order management and Microsoft Office. The role includes on-site days in Sartell with hybrid flexibility and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience in customer service or order management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, services, and account support.
• Process, validate, and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Research, troubleshoot, test, and resolve customer issues while ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, production, operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure successful order completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and account information within company systems.
• Prepare customer correspondence, provide order status updates, and communicate service solutions professionally through phone, email, and internal systems.
