Job summary

Toppan Merrill, a global technology leader in regulatory disclosure, seeks a Client Services Specialist for our Sartell, MN or Ohio team. You will be the main contact for clients, handling orders, providing solutions, and coordinating with production and fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential flexible hours. The role is hybrid, with onsite presence required Tuesday and Wednesday in Sartell, and periodic Ohio visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word is preferred.
• Detail oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders and accounts.
• Process, validate and manage customer orders with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to complete orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate status updates.
• Learn multiple platforms to support various client accounts.
