Job summary

Toppan Merrill, a global technology leader, is hiring a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, manage orders, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence in Sartell, MN (Tue/Wed) and occasional Ohio-based location considerations. Strong customer-service mindset and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience processing customer orders, inventory transactions, order edits, or order validation activities preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing unique customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, services, and account support.
• Process, validate, and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Research, troubleshoot, test, and resolve customer issues while ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, production, operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure successful order completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and account information within company systems.
• Prepare customer correspondence, provide order status updates, and communicate service solutions professionally through phone, email, and internal systems.
• Learn and navigate multiple customer and internal platforms to support a variety of client accounts and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while maintaining established service and quality standards.
