TEKsystems in Memphis, TN seeks a Client Services Representative to support the Client Services team. You will handle inbound client inquiries, update account details, and document interactions in the bank's system.

The role is contract-to-hire with a hybrid work setup in Memphis and an expected call volume consistent with customer service standards. Typical duties include assisting clients with username/password resets, address changes, and other account questions, while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• Able to handle high call volume with poise and courtesy.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients with exceptional service.
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets and address changes.
• Document call activity in the proprietary system while on calls.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments as needed.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to policy.
