Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume phone support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, advisors, and plan sponsors.
• Provide timely and accurate information while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues at the first point of contact whenever possible.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets within internal systems.
• Document customer interactions and account updates accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve client concerns.
• Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to management, Legal, or Compliance teams when appropriate.
• Assist with administrative tasks and account servicing activities.
• Help maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
