Compeer Financial is hiring for a client service role that supports internal and external clients, prospects, and third parties from a hybrid Mankato, MN location. The position emphasizes high-quality service, responsive email and fax handling, and facilitating routine banking transactions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of farming operations, and basic accounting skills, with opportunities to grow through development programs and cross-functional initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous client service experience preferred in a financial institution.
• General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.
• General knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service and a consistent client experience.
• Respond to client faxes and email inquiries.
• Monitor the contact center email box and triage inquiries.
• Perform transactions such as ACH, templated wires, payoff requests, and client registrations.
• Answer questions including address changes and patronage information.
• Promote the organization’s digital offerings to enhance client experience.
• Assist clients with account maintenance and correct misapplied payments.
