Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Coordinator-Private Client Service to support the Producer and client service team in coordinating marketing and placement activities for new and renewal business. This role handles a broad range of daily servicing tasks to support a book of business.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-renewal application assembly, loss runs, and loss summaries.
• Process binding documents, auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, and invoicing.
• Review and prepare policies for delivery; ensure bind order compliance.
• Complete mid-term servicing tasks; endorsements, change requests, audits, and cancellations.
• Enter new business applications into the agency management system.
• Research and respond to client billing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with interest and lienholder changes on carrier websites.
• Utilize carrier quoting systems to support marketing and servicing activities.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
