Job summary

Marsh McLennan is seeking a Private Client Services Advisor on the Sales team. You will build relationships with prospective individuals in the community to generate qualified opportunities and recommend insurance solutions.

You will manage executive-level client relationships and delegate day-to-day tasks to team members while applying the MMA sales model. You will actively engage in networking, participate in ongoing training, and use Salesforce to manage the sales process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience and/or training in insurance industry, exposure to private client services rating systems.
• 2+ years managing client relationships including face-to-face interactions & meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective individuals to create qualified opportunities and recommend insurance solutions.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and delegate daily activities to team members as needed.
• Use MMA Sales Methodology to engage with prospects and clients and coordinate with account management for new business, renewals, and reviews.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and client communications.
• Provide technical advice and risk management consulting to meet insurance needs while ensuring policy compliance.
