Job summary

MetLife in Massachusetts is seeking a client service consultant after a 4‑month training program. You will provide administrative and client service for group insurance customers, supporting accounts with partners and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
• General understanding of U.S. economy and employee benefits industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Self‑motivated to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete required MetLife training programs including graduation from the Service Academy Program.
• Partner with a mentor to learn MetLife products, services, platforms, and client relationships.
• Develop expertise in MetLife Group Benefits offerings, systems, and service processes.
• Strengthen core competencies in customer service, communication, project management, relationship management, and problem‑solving.
• Support customer accounts by collaborating with internal and external partners and delivering solutions.
• Contribute to business operations through audits, planning, reporting, and trend analysis using approved AI tools.
