Commission Junction LLC in Needham, MA is seeking a Client Development professional to drive affiliate partnerships and revenue growth for advertisers. The role blends strategic client engagement with data-driven decision making in a collaborative, hybrid setting.

You will recruit and nurture publisher relationships, present strategic opportunities to clients, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate deliverables. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic and revenue generating opportunities to present directly to clients.
• Identify new sources of revenue: own and build mid-tier and long tail publisher relationships, negotiate media placements and packages, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for future investments.
• Recruit, manage and develop mid-tier and long tail publisher relationships on behalf of advertisers, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, disseminating offers and promotions, and providing account updates to an advertiser's growing publisher base.
• Help advertisers maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data.
• As part of a Client Development team, collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
• Align with Client Development team to ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
