Job summary

CJ in Needham, MA is seeking a Client Integration Engineer to join our hybrid team and work 3 days per week in the office. You’ll demonstrate CJ’s platform to clients, guide product adoption, and drive client success across onboarding and ongoing support.

You will design and deliver actionable strategies, handle integrations, and coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to expand use and value of CJ’s performance marketing solutions. A technical background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science preferred
• 2+ years in a client-facing role in solutions engineering, technical sales, or client delivery
• Platform experience with digital advertising or analytics technologies, database or SaaS solutions a plus
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, SaaS, or database solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated history of relationship-building across an organization
• Strong business aptitude
• Business and technical understanding of data or SaaS solutions, including ability to read/write object-oriented languages
• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript and SQL is a plus
• Experience in creative problem-solving and managing complex projects autonomously

Responsibilities

• Lead solution engineering pre-sales and post-sales efforts for CJ’s platform
• Provide technical and strategic support to sales and client development, including product demos and data ingestion requirements
• Identify technical integrations and ongoing support needs for CJ clients
• Translate client problems into use cases demonstrable within the platform
• Ensure ongoing client success and act as a client advocate with revenue focus
• Communicate competitive advantages to clients across the landscape of tag managers and eCommerce APIs
• Track capability requests and summarize feedback to Operations/Product teams
• Contribute to CJ’s goals as a project stakeholder
