CJ in Needham, MA is seeking a Client Development professional to optimize affiliate performance and drive revenue. You will prepare strategic opportunities, nurture publisher relationships, negotiate media placements, and analyze program data to optimize spend.

In a collaborative cross-department team, you will recruit mid-tier publishers, communicate expectations, and deliver timely updates to advertisers. This hybrid role requires strong Excel skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience is required.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic and revenue-generating opportunities to present to clients.
• Identify new revenue sources by building publisher relationships and negotiating media placements.
• Recruit, manage and develop mid-tier and long-tail publisher relationships, and provide advertiser updates.
• Help advertisers maximize affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to troubleshoot program management and technical challenges.
• Align with Client Development team to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
