CJ Affiliate, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a client-focused professional to drive strategic revenue opportunities for advertisers and to recruit and manage publisher relationships. You will negotiate media placements, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams to optimize affiliate campaigns.

The role is hybrid, with three days in the office, offering a collaborative environment and career growth within a global performance marketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic and revenue generating opportunities to present directly to clients.
• Identify new sources of revenue: build mid-tier and long tail publisher relationships, negotiate media placements and packages, evaluate performance, and recommend investments.
• Recruit, manage and develop mid-tier and long tail publisher relationships for advertisers, communicating expectations and providing updates.
• Help advertisers maximize efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data.
• As part of Client Development, collaborate with cross-departmental teams to troubleshoot program management and technical challenges.
• Align with Client Development to ensure accurate execution and timely client deliverables.
