Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to transform operational data into actionable insights that improve authorization, billing, and processing performance. You will partner with leadership to develop reporting, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and overall efficiency through data-driven decisions.

This hybrid role requires coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week during business hours (Pacific Time), with a focus on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators for Authorization, Billing, and Processing teams while providing actionable insights into operational performance.
• Analyze operational data using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify trends, forecast workload, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with department leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating workflows, measuring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support cross-functional projects by providing reporting, scenario modeling, operational readiness analysis, and performance tracking for enterprise initiatives.
• Maintain reporting documentation, fulfill ad hoc data requests, and provide guidance to stakeholders on interpreting dashboards, reports, and key business metrics.
