Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding experience from implementation through adoption, coordinating with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions and ready processes.

This role drives execution excellence, engagement, and aligned reporting for ongoing performance. Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, cross-functional plan design, and ensuring organizational readiness for long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in insurance, distribution, project management, or related field.
• Book consolidation experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated time management and priority setting abilities.
• Strong ability to represent the company with external constituents.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding execution and delivery, coordinating client interactions and timelines for a seamless implementation.
• Partner cross-functionally to design onboarding plans and establish reporting solutions for performance visibility.
• Maintain records, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to support ongoing client success.
