Job summary

Genero is seeking a Client Manager to lead key client relationships and oversee high-impact content programs from briefing through final delivery. This hybrid role in New York City entails coordinating production, budgets and timelines while delivering creative excellence for North American campaigns.

You will collaborate with our global creator network and cross-functional teams to drive results for major brands such as Meta, Google, Procter & Gamble, Pinterest and L’Oréal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, creative or production role within an agency, brand or media environment.
• Experience in managing creator content programs, including collaborating directly with social creators across the end-to-end creative process.
• Proven ability to deliver results with a client service mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of social and digital content best practice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale content programs and partnerships, ensuring we deliver impactful work that performs
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted day-to-day partner
• Manage day-to-day creative and production workflows, including oversight of budgets, timelines and quality to exceed client expectations
• Manage the process with social creators, from discovery, contracting and coordination to briefing and delivery
• Collaborate with our creator network to elevate creative ideas and execution for our brands
• Guide clients in shortlisting creative responses and selecting the right partners to bring ideas to life
• Contribute ideas to improve our platform, tools and processes for clients and creators
