Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Carmel, IN, is seeking a Client Manager to support Producers and the account team in delivering outstanding client service during renewals and policy periods for a book of commercial property and casualty clients.

You will collaborate with the team to prepare presentations, review policies, manage billing and invoicing, maintain agency management systems, and help expand client relationships through proactive service and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support Producers and account team to manage client service delivery during renewals and policy periods.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for meetings with prospective clients.
• Process insurance applications, endorsements, binders, and audit requests.
• Maintain agency management systems in real time and ensure accurate records.
• Oversee AR and AP reports for assigned accounts and resolve billing issues.
