Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support certificate issuance, renewals, endorsements, and policy maintenance for clients in Carmel or Terre Haute, IN. You will respond to inquiries, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Client Manager for renewals and endorsements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in insurance, strong communication, and proficiency with agency systems such as Sagitta, ImageRight, and CSR24.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the insurance carrier or brokerage industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries promptly; maintain documentation in the agency management system.
• Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards within standard turnaround times.
• Manage certificate renewal process and ensure accurate issuance throughout policy term.
• Process notices of cancellation immediately; update systems and notify Client Manager.
• Maintain suspense items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Launch renewal workflow 150 days out and assist with proposal preparation.
