EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager in Indiana to support Producers and account teams, delivering exceptional client service across commercial property and casualty portfolios. This role combines analyst work, client interaction, and collaboration with senior colleagues on renewals and strategic proposals.

You will manage expirations, prepare coverage illustrations, and help maintain open client communications in a hybrid environment three days a week, with a focus

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance is preferred for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service delivery for renewals and policy periods on assigned book of business.
• Support Producers and Client Executives; prepare presentations and proposals as needed.
• Prepare invoicing, client allocations, and resolve billing issues with teammates.
• Maintain agency management systems in real time and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate renewal processes, including strategy meetings, data gathering, and submission support.
• Assist with the binding and post-binding processes and obtain premium financing options.
