Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager to support Producers and Client Teams on a book largely made up of charter schools. This role focuses on client service delivery across renewal and policy periods, with a client-facing emphasis and collaboration with the account team to enhance relationships.

The position requires a minimum of three years of commercial insurance experience, strong communication skills, and a broker license.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to assess coverage needs.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy to resolve client issues.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; broker’s license required; insurance designation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency databases (Sagitta a plus).

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail and e-mail.
• Document calls, correspondence, faxes and emails in Sagitta and Image Right.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits and cancellations.
• Review client exposures and provide proactive coverage solutions.
• Assist with solicitation of new accounts and retention of existing accounts.
• Cross-sell and identify new sales opportunities while maintaining service standards.
