Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Carmel or Terre Haute, Indiana, operates on a hybrid model. We seek an Insurance Operations Coordinator to respond to client inquiries, issue certificates of insurance, and manage renewal workflows.

Responsibilities include renewal preparation, endorsements, policy maintenance, and updating Sagitta and ImageRight records, while coordinating with the Client Manager to ensure timely, accurate client service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency systems (Sagitta, ImageRight, CSR24).
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries promptly; maintain documentation in the agency management system.
• Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards within standard turnaround times.
• Manage certificate renewal process and ensure accurate issuance throughout policy term.
• Process notices of cancellation promptly and update systems; notify Client Manager.
• Maintain suspense items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
