Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager in Indiana to support Producers and the account team in delivering first-class client service for a book of commercial insurance. You will handle renewals, prepare proposals, and coordinate between clients and carriers to ensure timely, accurate coverage.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in P&C insurance, strong communication skills, and proficiency with agency systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producers and the account team to manage client service delivery.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain Agency Management Systems in real time.
• Oversee AR and AP reports for assigned accounts with team support.
• Coordinate renewals, post-binding processes, and coverage details.
• Review expiration lists timely and ensure deliverables are met.
• Support client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
