Job summary

Assured is modernizing insurance by embedding AI and automation into client engagement and operations. We are seeking a Senior/Principal Client Engagement Manager to lead onboarding for large insurers, drive enterprise programs, and design AI-enabled processes that improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

You will own the CE transformation, partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executives, and build scalable internal tools and knowledge assets while turning strategic plans into shipped

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, strategy, program management or enterprise implementation for enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on with building AI agents and internal tools integrating across systems.
• Understanding of APIs and data formats like JSON; able to work with engineering teams.
• Self-starter who can develop quarterly plans and drive to completion.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with CE, Sales, Engineering, Product executives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication translating technical to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bias for action and ownership in dynamic environments.
• Builder mindset for scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements and onboarding programs for large clients.
• Manage timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive readouts for enterprise accounts.
• Drive AI-native transformation of Client Engagement across operations.
• Design and deploy AI agents and internal tools across systems.
• Develop and execute a quarterly CE Operations strategic plan with clear owners and milestones.
• Resolve complex operational and technical challenges with cross-functional partners.
• Own and expand the Client Engagement Knowledge Base and documentation.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements to reduce manual toil.
