Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Engagement & Delivery Manager in Guernsey to drive the successful delivery of complex technology programs and act as a trusted advisor to clients. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and collaboration across global teams.

You will oversee budgets, identify opportunities for growth, and mentor teams to ensure excellence. Travel may be required to align with client needs and program milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and technology delivery management.
• Public/Government sector experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record of managing complex projects and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of technology solutions implementation and integration with business processes.
• Familiarity with AI solutions or commitment to adopting emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Guernsey and travel as needed.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology; advanced degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the successful delivery of complex technology programs to achieve quality and performance objectives.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within client accounts.
• Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, and risk management to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct workshops, client presentations, and regular status meetings to ensure transparency and engagement.
• Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and onboarding for new projects.
• Track and report delivery progress, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
