Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Client Accounting Coordinator in Palo Alto or Los Angeles, hybrid. You will provide client accounting analysis, billing and collections support to partners and practice areas, and manage unbilled and AR balances.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, rigorous attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment; collaboration with Client Accounting Supervisor and teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide client accounting analysis, billing and collections support.
• Manage assigned partner INV balances (Unbilled and AR) and aging.
• Coordinate client accounting activity with partners and practice areas.
• Assist with A/R write-offs and retainer processing.
• Document meetings and follow-ups; maintain profiles.
• Support firm policies and operate in a fast-paced environment.
