The hybrid role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with Aderant, Outlook, Excel and Word, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with attorneys and business services staff to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year of legal billing work experience.
• Experience with client accounting and billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles complex billing and client analysis projects.
• Reviews outstanding balance reports and identifies trouble spots.
• Prepares bills and related forms for monthly processing.
• Maintains billing logs and client files.
• Collaborates with partners, attorneys, and business services staff.
