• Minimum one year billing and collection experience with some account analysis functions.

Responsibilities

• Handles complex billing and client analysis projects.
• Manages assigned Partner(s) INV (Unbilled and AR) balances.
• Reviews outstanding INV reports and proactively prevents stale or uncollectable INV.
• Responds to inquiries from clients, attorneys and staff.
• Prepares bills and internal forms with backup for A/R write-offs and retainer applications.
