Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking a Customer Account Representative to partner with outside sales, manage daily activities for assigned accounts, and serve as the main contact for customer requests and order fulfillment through Entec’s infrastructure.

The role supports the sales process, aiming to simplify transactions for the sales team and customers while adhering to Ravago’s guidelines and procedures. A hybrid in-office/remote arrangement is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process customers’ purchase orders and related requests per policy.
• Audit orders for accuracy and ensure shipment deadlines and profit requirements.
• Maintain customer information in the operating system and document transactions.
• Monitor order progression using company systems and reports to coordinate across departments.
• Release orders in advance to reduce cost and prevent errors.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
