Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Client Account Manager in Rogers, AR to manage client relationships for a 3PL Retail Merchandising and Retail Marketing Execution company. You will coordinate with field teams, client support, and reporting to ensure client needs are met and growth opportunities are identified.

The role involves weekly client meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and in-store execution oversight. A 60/40 hybrid WFH model applies, with most time office-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; 3+ years of retail merchandising/CPG experience.
• Understanding of Walmart/CPG retailer requirements.
• Knowledge of margins, revenue/cost calculations and impact; managerial accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting software (Teams, Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact to assigned client(s) and communicate directions to field management, client support, retail, and reporting teams.
• Meet weekly with clients to review program priorities and execution performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the project from start to finish.
• Create reports and analyses of data to meet client needs in-store and via reporting channels.
• Identify client growth opportunities with the sales team.
• Review execution with operations to address opportunities.
• Generate weekly reports on retail trends and execution compliance.
