Job summary

Amwins is seeking a Claims Operations Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ to support the Claims team in an in-office capacity with potential hybrid work after training. You will manage data, update security logs for PHI access, process large claim notifications, and distribute payments to analysts.

Collaboration across departments, confidentiality, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with deadline focus.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Data management: maintain and share data within the Claims team.
• Update security log access to PHI data.
• Process Large Claim Notifications to relevant parties.
• Record and distribute claim payments to Analysts.
• Provide clerical support and filing as needed.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects.
