Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in group benefits or claims environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Claims team and support staffing and performance.
• Coach team members through feedback, training, and technical guidance.
• Partner with QA and Claims Lead to monitor quality and drive improvements.
• Oversee filing, reporting, and reimbursement processes with Stop Loss carriers as applicable.
• Develop and implement policies and process improvements for Claims operations.
• Collaborate with Director of Claims to ensure high-quality service delivery.
