Amwins Self-Funded seeks a Claims Manager to lead a dedicated team, improve daily operations, and deliver exceptional client service. Role is primarily in-office with optional work-from-home up to two days weekly after training.

You will coach staff, manage workload, and coordinate with QA, claims leads, and carriers to ensure accurate, timely outcomes. Hybrid schedule supports balance while delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience with a passion for leading, coaching, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Claims team and staff management.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance to team members.
• Partner with QA and Claims Lead for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Oversee file and claim management, including grouping and tracking.
• Conduct claim reviews and support timely reporting to carriers.
