Woolpert, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to join the PMO supporting the Ohio regional market. The role involves leading cross-functional teams on civil, commercial, retail rollout, and utility scale projects. This position can be in-office or hybrid.

Applicants must have work authorization in the U.S. and are expected to manage budgets, schedules, and contract terms while maintaining client relationships and pursuing business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of related PM/PMO experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with PMO procedures, reports, dashboards, and management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent projects.
• Experience in construction administration and communicating with cost estimators/GCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects, focusing on high-profile clients for civil, commercial, retail rollout, and utility scale works.
• Define client needs and proactively address project issues affecting profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams and negotiate scope, schedule, fees, and contract terms for potential projects.
• Support client relationships and business development within the strategic plan.
• Ensure consistent project communications with stakeholders and adhere to BSPS standards.
