Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Ohio regional PMO and lead civil, commercial, retail rollout, and utility scale projects. The role offers in-office or hybrid work arrangements and requires work authorization in the U.S.

You will manage client expectations, negotiate scope and contracts, and oversee financials, reporting to leadership with project performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of industry experience in Project/Program/Portfolio management.
• Degree required: Civil Engineering; PE preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; strong PMO experience a plus.
• Experience in developing PMO procedures, documents, reports, dashboards, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects for civil, commercial, retail rollout, and utility scale work.
• Define client needs and identify solutions to protect profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams in scope, schedule, fee, and contract discussions for opportunities.
• Support client relationships and business development for Woolpert's growth.
• Maintain clear project communications with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure BSPS guidelines are followed and project delivery is consistent.
• Oversee project setups, budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Monitor quality of deliverables and project documentation.
