Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO, supporting the Ohio regional market. The role offers in-office or hybrid work arrangements and does not sponsor visa.

You will lead cross-functional teams delivering civil, commercial, retail rollout, and utility-scale projects, while maintaining client relationships and project financials. Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of PM experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and contracts with BSPS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years' related industry experience in Project/Program/Portfolio Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience developing PMO procedures, documents, reports, dashboards, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent projects.
• Experience with construction administration and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects for civil, commercial, retail rollout and utility scale work.
• Define client needs, identify solutions, and protect profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams and negotiate scope, schedule, fees, and contract terms.
• Support client relationships and business development within the PMO.
• Provide clear project communications and governance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure BSPS-compliant execution, reporting, and delivery with the PMO.
